NanoShip

Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using NanoShip. By accessing or using the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

NanoShip, accessible at nanoship.dev (the “Service”), is a marketing site for a production-ready Next.js and Cloudflare starter template. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after any change to these Terms means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.

2. Description of the Service

NanoShip provides a marketing site and documentation for a SaaS starter template. The template itself is provided as-is for you to build on. The Service may also include an account system, a credit ledger, and payment features that demonstrate the template capabilities.

The Service is provided for informational and demonstration purposes. We may change, add, or remove features at any time as the template evolves.

3. Eligibility

The Service may be used by anyone who can form a legally binding contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

When using NanoShip, you agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a way that disrupts it or places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disable, or compromise the security or availability of the Service.
  • Copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the Service or its content without our permission.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We may limit or block access for anyone who abuses the Service or attempts to disrupt it for other users.

5. Intellectual Property

The NanoShip name, site design, original written content, and the look and feel of the website are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The starter template code is provided under its own license terms, which are described in the template repository. These Terms govern use of the marketing site, not the template code itself.

You may share and link to our pages freely. You may not present the Service as your own or build a competing marketing site directly from our original assets.

6. Accounts and Credits

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. If you purchase credits, those credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable. Credits are consumed by features that call external AI or payment APIs.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service runs on third-party infrastructure, including Cloudflare for hosting and database, Google for authentication, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers beyond our agreements with them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall NanoShip or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service should first be raised with us so we can try to resolve it informally.
