1. Overview
NanoShip (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at nanoship.dev. NanoShip is a marketing site for a SaaS starter template. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we handle, how we use it, and your rights as a visitor or registered user.
For any privacy question or request, contact us at: contact@nanoship.dev
2. The Short Version
- You can browse this site without signing in.
- If you sign in with Google, we store your name, email address, and profile image to power your account and credit ledger.
- We use a privacy-focused analytics tool to understand overall traffic. It does not identify you.
- We do not sell your data.
3. Information We Collect
Account data: If you sign in through Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We store these in our Cloudflare D1 database to create and maintain your account.
Credit and payment data: If you purchase credits or a subscription, we record the transaction details (amount, status, timestamps) and associate them with your account. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store raw card numbers.
Usage data: We record credit usage events tied to your account so you can view your history.
Analytics data (anonymous): We use a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool to measure aggregate traffic such as page views, approximate region, referrer, and device type. This data is anonymous and not linked to you.
Technical data (server logs): Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and access timestamps for security and performance purposes.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Create and maintain your account and credit ledger.
- Process payments and record transaction history.
- Run and maintain the site and keep it secure.
- Understand overall usage so we can improve the template and the marketing site.
- Respond to messages you send us through the support form or email.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that affects you in a significant way.
5. Cookies and Storage
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Your theme preference may be stored in browser local storage on your device.
6. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site:
- Cloudflare: Hosting, content delivery, database (D1), and security. Privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
- Google OAuth: Sign-in provider. Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

7. Data Retention
Account and transaction data is retained for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. Server logs collected by Cloudflare are retained for a short period for security and operational purposes. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
